How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs include actual postage cost, printing, packaging & collection by Royal Mail / Courier.
How long will I have to wait for my order?
Most items are made to order and will be dispatched within 7 days, but at certain times this may rise. I am unable to give exact days as I use the Royal Mail and delivery times vary quite a lot.
If your order is urgent or time sensitive then please notify me at the time of placing your order.
How do I package my items?
All packaging is made from recycled materials, where possible. The boxes are made from recycled cardboard and bubble wrap is green and made from recycled plastic. On occasions I do have to use alternatives however I always strive to use recycled items. Not only do I purchase recycled boxes purely for the purpose, I also re-use boxes that have been used before, and would hope that you re-use the packaging your items arrive in
Which companies do I use for deliveries?
I mainly use the Royal Mail for all smaller parcels, however for larger or urgent parcels I will use one of a selection of couriers depending on who is offering the quickest service.
All items need to be paid for at time of purchase, if an item is not paid for at this time then it won’t get cut until it is! This may delay the delivery time of your item.
