Refund and Returns Policy

As most of my items are made to order, bespoke  and are handcrafted, I am not obliged to refund you should you simply change your mind, I will however use my discretion. In this case, you have 14 days to return the item, from the date it was received.

Damaged Parcels

If an item is damaged upon arrival to you, I will ask to see a photo of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.

If the item needs to be returned and it is my error, then I will pay for the return costs. If you simply changed your mind about an item, you will need to pay for the return postage. 

I do ask that all orders are checked within 2-3 days of receiving them and contact me with any issues as soon as possible. 

Missing Parcels

On occasion, Royal Mail can lose items. I will not immediately refund an order that a customer has reported as missing as I have tracking reference numbers for all the items I send. I will track this, and only once an item either comes back to us, or has been declared missing by exceeding Royal Mail’s 15 day deadline, I will refund your order. In most cases I will offer a replacement first before refund is given.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via the original method of payment, within a 5 working days.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you will receive an email form me with the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
